Noel and Christy Page-Turner moved to Woodhayes in the early 1960’s where they started a dairy farm; they then changed to livestock farming specialising in beef and sheep.

The farm is now jointly farmed with their neighbour Wilfred and Elizabeth Tratt and family. Noel and Christy’s son Greg, took on the diversification of the farm in 2005, converting the redundant GradeTtwo listed farm buildings into contemporary office accommodation, self catering accommodation and recently managing the conversion of a Dutch Barn into a spectacular art gallery.  In this picture gallery you can view photos showing the parish of Luppitt in the 1920’s as well as photos showing some of the farm buildings before they were converted.
